This is my 6th time doing the Reset, but the last time was more than 4 years ago, right after having Liam! I wanted to focus on what I could control after having my third c-section and since working out is out of the picture for a while, it felt like I was a great time to get dialed in on nutrition!
As much as the weight loss is a benefit to doing this program, it’s actually the way I FEEL that is the most incredible! I’m talking better sleep, mental clarity, focus, and a feeling of peace that cannot be described!
I am so excited to pair this program with my 21 Days of Prayer journey this time around! I cannot IMAGINE the JOY these next three weeks hold!
